Tal y como se les informó anteriormente, la serie fue cancelada por decisión creativa de los ejecutivos de Cartoon Network, noticia que fue confirmada por el mismo Jones-Quarty a través de sus redes sociales. A pesar de ello, resaltó que tuvieron tiempo de sobra para darle un gran final a la serie.

El último episodio de OK KO! Seamos Héroes será transmitido este 6 de Septiembre por las pantallas de Cartoon Network USA, todo esto a la espera de que se transmita próximamente en Latinoamérica.
